• Text Processing: When you use the "Send" or AI analysis features, the text you have specifically selected or input is sent to third-party AI service providers (such as DeepSeek or OpenAI) to generate responses. This data is not stored by NotionMate Web.

3. Permissions Justification

• Storage: Required to save your configuration (API keys and preferences).
• Context Menus / Selection: Required to detect highlighted text for translation and analysis.
• Host Permissions: Required to inject the assistant interface into websites and Notion to provide real-time help.

4. Third-Party Services

Our extension interacts with AI model providers via API. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers (e.g., DeepSeek, OpenAI) as they govern how your input text is handled on their platforms.
